Chapter 1 : Right hand technique

Chapter 2 : Left hand technique
These exercises are designed to develop the stretching, strength and independence of each finger of the left hand on the 6 strings. Workbook level 2 Chapter 2
Chapter 3 : Scales-Broken chords-chord progression
Learning the scales is intended to : enhance the mental imagery of the notes on the fretboard, improve performance and learn the shifts in tone systems. The proposed scales are:

  • D Major (1 octave) – Bb Major (1 octave) – A Major (2 octaves).
  • B minor (1 octave) – G minor (2 octaves) – F# minor (2 octaves).

Minor scales are played in harmonic mode. All scales are followed by the broken chord and chord progression I – V- I (3 sounds). Workbook level 2 Chapter 4

Chapter 4 : 01-Sight reading. 02-Supplementary sight reading
01-The texts are written in the tonalities of the scales approached in the previous workbook « Beginner-level 1 » and in this one. Workbook level 2 Chapter 4 sight reading

02-The following exercices are intended to prepare the sight reading in view to the next level (Intermediate level 1) in wich the value of eight note and his respective rest will be studied.

These exercices are proposed in the keys of the scales of the previous level « Beginner-level 1 ».

The pedagogic workbook « Beginner-Level 2 » is the continuation of the previous level « Beginner-level 1 ».This workbook is addressed to guitar teachers and all those who want to have in a single volume, the teaching aids which regroup the main subjects to learn to play the guitar. The content of this workbook was chosen according to the various programs approved in most musical teaching institutions.
