Estelle Dordé began guitar at the age of 8 in Raymond Gratien’s class at the Ecole Nationale de Musique d’Aulnay-sous-Bois. At the age of 12, she continued her musical studies at the C.N.R. de Nantes (44), where in 1989 she obtained the Médaille d’Or in guitar with Michel Grizard and in chamber music with oboe teacher class of oboe teacher Bernard Delcambre. In 1992, she was awarded the guitar teacher after two years’ training at the I.F.E.D.E.M. in Rueil Malmaison and in 1994, 1st Prize in guitar at the C.N.S.M. in Paris in the Alexandre Lagoya’s class.
From 1986 to 1991, she attended workshops with the great international guitarists:
Arnaud Dumond, Roberto Aussel, Alvaro Pierri, Celso Machado, Jorge Cardoso, Eduardo Isaac, Xavier Hinojosa… Meanwhile, together with Bénédicte Frétaud, the 3rd International Guitar Duo Competition in Montélimar in the Junior category. But the decisive encounter in her life as a musician was with a pianist
pianist Jean-Claude Péré, with whom she perfected her musical from 1991 until his death in 2009.
In 1992, she was hired as a guitar teacher at the Municipal School of Music of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire.
From 1997, in addition to her solo concerts, her pleasure in sharing music led her to play with several musicians: the guitarist Laurent Deshogues, the clarinettist Charles Castagné, the singer
Charles Castagné, the singer Patricia Mandin-Coulon, the flautist Stéphanie Castelain…
Stéphanie Castelain… and since November 2023, she has formed the duo LucaStella with
the guitarist and composer Luc Gueugneau.
